Roosevelt Track and Field 2026

Being part of the track team at RMS offers many valuable benefits. First, it provides a healthy and active outlet that many of our students need. Second, it teaches athletes the importance of teamwork and collaboration. Finally, it gives students an opportunity to build positive, supportive relationships with both peers and staff members.

Track & Field Season Overview

Meets and Practices:

Track practices will begin Monday, March 2nd, and will take place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm & Wednesday 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm.

Registration: 

1. Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.
2. Please register at: https://eugene-or.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms.
3. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here. Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating.
4. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals (attached) to be on file dated after 5/16/2023 in order for all students to participate at practice and/or meets.

Proof of insurance is required for all student-athletes. If your student is not fully covered by insurance carried by the parent/guardian, then School Time student accident insurance is available through Myers-Stevens & Toohey. Application forms are available online.        

Meet Dates:

• Dual Meets at all four High Schools- April 9^th, 16t^th, 23^rd, & 30^th, 2026
• Sub Districts- (NEHS and CHS) May 7^th, 2026
• Districts-(CHS) May 14t^th, 2026
• Meet of Champions-(out of town) May 20^th, 2026
