Cross Country Season Overview

Meets and Practices:

First day of practice is Septemeber 14th and go throught November 1st.

Practices will take place Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 3:50 pm to 5:20 pm & Wednesday 2:45 pm to 4:15 pm.

Registration:

  1. Click on the Parent Playbook (below) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Get Help”.

  2. Please register at: https://eugene-or.finalforms.com/ and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. The last day to register is March 20th, 2026.

  3. Pay the $100 participation fee separately through SchoolPay which is linked here. Or Pay the $20 participation fee (Free-Reduce Lunch Program) separately through SchoolPay which is linked here. Or please reach out about the track participation waivers! We do not want fees to get in the way of anyone participating.

  4. Eugene 4J school district requires OSAA Sports Physicals (attached) to be on file dated after 5/16/2024 in order for all students to participate at practice and/or meets.

Proof of insurance is required for all student-athletes. If your student is not fully covered by insurance carried by the parent/guardian, then School Time student accident insurance is available through Myers-Stevens & Toohey. Application forms are available online.        

 

Cross Country Meet Dates:

  • 10/8 (Thurs.) NW MS XC Showdown | Corvallis
    • Students will load the bus at: 11:00
    • Leave the school at: 11:15    
    • Meet time: 3:30 pm
    • Pick up from Meet: 6:00
    • Return to your school at 6:45 pm

 

  • 10/13 (Tues.) King of the Hill XC Race | Oak Hill School
    • Students will load the bus at 1:00 pm
    • Leave the school at 1:15 pm
    • Meet time: 5 pm
    • Pick up from the meet: 6:00
    • Return to your school  at 6:30pm

 

  • 10/22 (Thurs.) OTC Great Donut Chase| Lane Community College
    • Students will load the bus at: 11:45
    • Leave the school at: 12:00    
    • Meet time: 4:30pm
    • Pick up from Meet: 6:00
    • Return to your school  at 6:30pm

 

  • 10/27  (Tues.) Eugene School District 4J District Meet
    • Students will load the bus at: 1:00
    • Leave the school at: 1:15
    • Arrive at the District Meet: 1:35 Meet time/Awards: 3:30 - 5:00
    • Pick up the meet: 5:00        
    • Return to your school  at 5:30pm

 

  • 11/1  (Sunday) Stumptown XC Championship | Monmouth  
    • (optional extended season meet)
